How much will it cost?
For all UK & BFPO addresses the delivery charge is £4.95. For all overseas orders a seperate delivery charge may be applied. Please note we reserve the right to change these rates.

How do I know my order has been received?
If you submit your order using the web site we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you have given us to confirm all your order details, including products ordered and total cost.

How may I pay?
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, and Switch Cards.

Where is my delivery?
We try to deliver all goods within seven working days of the order being placed. If after 7 days you have not received your products then please call Customer Services on 02392 313886.

Lost & missing deliveries
Please wait seven working days before contacting our Customer Services telephone line on 02392 313886. Please have your order number, contained in the e-mail confirming your order, to hand before calling. The Customer Services line is open 09.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Multiple addresses
Unfortunately we cannot currently deliver to more than one address per order.

Deliveries outside the UK
If the delivery address is outside the United Kingdom then a separate delivery charge maybe applied. Large or heavy items may incur a supplementary charge. If this should occur you will be contacted by our customer support team.

Personalisation - Please be aware if you choose to have an item personalised this process can take up to 10 working days.
